Enrollment Policy
The early registration deadline is October 15, 2008. All registrations received by that date will be placed in a random, lottery draw. The random, lottery draw allows all early registrants an equal and fair opportunity to get their first choice class(es). We do not enroll students prior to October 15th. Ongoing registrations received after October 15, 2008 will be processed as they arrive. Confirmations are mailed on or before January 1, 2009. All registrations after May 1, 2009 must be paid in full.

Tuition fees include class, lectures, receptions, quilt show and other
scheduled events. Conference fees do not include lab/material fees for individual classes. Additional material fees are indicated on supply lists, and will be due at QBL.

Registration Changes
A $25 charge is applied for any changes to class or housing registration.

Deposit & Processing Fee
A $125 non-refundable deposit is required for each session at the time
of registration. This fee includes a $25 processing fee per session to reserve your space at QBL. If the class you want is full, and you do not have a 2nd or 3rd choice, your deposit is returned and your name is put on the wait list.

Final Payment
Final payment is due May 1, 2009. A 10% late payment fee is charged on all payments received after that date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Program Coordinator. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2009 for any reason, due to commitments to the college and QBL faculty. QBL Scholarships

Scholarship Program
The QBL Scholarship Program was instituted by students to help offset the
cost of classes. Scholarship recipients receive 5 days of free tuition for QBL
classes. Applications for scholarships must be accompanied by a registration form for classes and be received by October 15, 2008. Names of applicants remain anonymous to the Scholarship Committee. Recipient notifications are sent in January 2009.

Scholarship Raffle
During each session, “Goodie Baskets” are raffled to benefit the scholarship fund. Raffle tickets are sold during each session of the conference. Students, faculty, and vendors are asked to donate new fabric, books, tools, and other quilt-related items for the “Goodie Baskets.” Quilt tops are also cheerfully and gratefully accepted and raffled separately. Monetary contributions to the Scholarship Fund are always welcome.
